Our very own speaker and former Chairman Dick Skeet will present a virtual talk entitled “The Canal in the News“

via the online internet Zoom platform on 20 April 2020 at 7.30pm.

We will need your email address to allow us to advise you how to take part a few days prior to the event.

The 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Herefordshire and Gloucestershire Canal Trust

will be held on Wednesday 23 June 2021 at 7:30pm

Due to the ongoing government restrictions on public meetings this meeting will be held virtually over the internet using Zoom, a video conferencing service.

Our Chairman will present a catch up on the work of the Trust over the recent months.

Harold Armitage will present a talk entitled “Tales from South America“.

Please note the change of day to Thursday rather than Tuesday …   It will be Pie and Pudding night at the pub!

For the last 20 years the admission price has been £1 and we hope a few raffle tickets were bought. Sadly the price of speakers and their travelling expenses have increased dramatically so reluctantly the entrance fee will now be £2 – but please still buy a raffle ticket!
