Maintenance
Clearing weed from the basin, ensuring our equipment is functioning, relaying the tow path, mowing the grass and maintaining the trees and hedgerows are all regular jobs that require our volunteers energy and dedication.

 

Training
Our volunteers are given regular training for new skills – some go on courses on subjects such as tree maintenance. To drive larger equipment like dumpers and excavators training is also given and no driver operates this equipment without an up-to-date ticket of competence.
